Hello, I haven't built a model since I was a kid. At that time I just built kits according to the instructions & box cover - no detail beyond what was supplied. But then again, I was a kid. So, to pass some long winter's nights I picked up an old Datsun 510 kit, which led to another and two Datsun 240z kits. I'm just getting started and I will have plenty of questions.
Good to hear your back to model building, plenty friendly builders, to help here..welcome..Slusher

There's nothing wrong with building that way. I still do, though I might add some aftermarket detail parts.
Welcome back to the hobby. You've chosen some cool cars to get back into the hobby. I really want to see what is in that Revell 240Z; I love the car but have passed on that kit several times.
And as for having questions: just ask and you'll get a bunch of helpful answers, replies, suggestions, et cetera.
....Greg....there are alot of forum members that built models as a kid and returned later on in life. It's as much fun the second time around
