how long has it been since you sent your email? Keith usually always gets back to me within a few days or so. keep in mind that he does have a regular job and a personal life too. it is possible too that your email may have gone into his "junk" mail folder. try posting a question for him on his Fotki page as well.

I must agree with "davezinn" on this one. I've been dealing with Keith for the last few years. He not only has one job, but was forced to take secondary job last year, because of slow decal sales. Then "Fred Cady" close up shop, and now Keith is the only "show in town", so to speak...and a one man operation, out of his home. He is now struggling to keep up with orders with Fred's closing. Keith is one of the "good guys" in the aftermarket realm. Be patient...you will get your order and a reply. (A friendly reminder e-mail like davezinn suggests is a good idea, though. I custom ordered a set of "correct" 69 Dodge Charger 500 bumblebee stripes for that horrible AMT/RC2 kit. He had never offered them before...just got them 2 weeks ago and they were well worth the wait! He now has them available, along with many other new decals sets.Smile Fury3

Keith is a straight up great guy. He's done a set of decals for me as well, some custom one offs. The turnaround time was excellent and the decals were perfect. Best of all, the price was right.

I got a delivery from Keith earlier this week and I emailed him and told him that they arrived.
He responded the same day, he also responded in a day or two when I ordered the decals, so I haven't had any problems at all.

Keith posted a new set of 69 GTO decals on the Hobby Heaven Message Board yesterday.
So I suggest you try again.

Took me about half a year to get a reply from him. All I did was ask on his fotki though since I had no other way of getting a hold of him.

Keith does list an e-mail address on his Fotki site. mofobow@hotmail.com I have done business with Keith in the past and only waited AT MOST.....2 days for a reply. If you had looked thru his site, I'm sure you would have found his e-mail addy.

I buy decals from Kieth regularly via eBay, and I've always recieved them within 4 weeks of the auction close date. He's always been good about communicating with me on the status of my order.

If you're having a tough time reaching him you might want to use the "ask seller a question" feature on one of his auctions. Here's a link to his current auctions:

I have ordered from Keith MANY times and the longest I had to wait was 4 weeks - it would have arrived quicker if I had specified what color I wanted on my decals!! I have never had any reason to question either his products or his integrity - both of which are sterling. I am sure as soon as he knows you have and issue or question, he will be more than happy to talk to you!! Big Smile

I've never had any problems with Keith Marks and my recent order arrived in 30 days which is no sweat as I have plenty of plastic to keep me busy while waiting for parts, decals, etc.
