This is a 1/12 scale engine. The sparkplug wires are made from wire and were easy to bend. The fuel lines are plastic tubes and were very difficult to install because they had a tendency to kink when bent. Based upon my experience, I would use wire for sparkplug wires.

It would seem to be that nobody uses tubing for spark plug wire.  The best I can suggest is to find some tubing that can be used as spark plug wire.  The majority of people uses wire which can be bent and routed much more easily than tubing.

1/16 scale spark plug tubing
Posted by SeanM on Saturday, April 25, 2020 12:04 PM

I just purchased a 1/16 scale distributor from Ted's Modeling Marketplace. I was wondering where I could get some tubing for the spark plug wires. Ted and many other places sell wiring but I am looking for the soft hollow line. The kind that comes in kits like the 1/16 General Lee. Any help would be appreciated.
