Has anyone had any trouble getting delays or other problems getting your order?  So far mine is still being "processed" since October 25th.  Or, is this the norm with this business?

If you have ordered your paint from Gravity Colors USA, you may or may not get your paint.  The original Gravity Colors is in Spain and the USA office does not have a contract with them to sell paint in the US.  They have basically stole or kidnapped the name and any remaining paint from the main office in Spain.  Try to get your money back from them and cancel your order.  Order your paint from https://gravity-colors.com/ instead and you should have your paint in a week or two and shipped from Spain.

I have the same problem since August,have called many times, as every other method of contact is always in some sort of dispare, no answer or response from them. Was just on the better business bureau website, and there are many many complaints

MrMike thank you for the information regarding the "real' site/business.  This clown in Florida(?) should not be in business, if you want to call it that.  After conversing with Spain they surely indicated that Gravity Colors USA is NOT affiliated with Gravity-Colors Spain.  Apparently they cut their relationship in 2017 as too many problems with customers, etc.  I've had a problem with him earlier this year, but he came through and got me my order.  This time I'm pressing for full refund and cancel this order.  He's great for emailing that order had been shipped and gives you a tracking number, but in reality all he did was create a label and probably processed an order with Spain, thus increasing the time to finally getting an order.   How he can do this with customers is unbelievable.  MrMike, thank you again for the heads up and I spent time yesterday further investigating and now have Paypal involved to get my money.  I'm sure that and the email I sent him yesterday was a big boot where the sun don't shine.  

Just ordered from Spain and will chime in again when my order arrives to let all know here that there is some hope.  In the meantime, my recent order from Scale Finishes arrived this morning after ordering last week.  Really impressed with his product as well as his customer service.

Gary, it was my pleasure to offer this important information to you and everyone who reads it.  I don't want to see anyone ripped off because of a unreliable vender whose only goal is to deceive potential customers.

I hope that Gravity-Colors Spain legally goes after this clown.  I don't know what the global requirements are for persuing this guy, but I hope something comes of it soon.  This has been going on for over a year and this guy needs to be stopped!

As promised, after placing an order from Gravity Colors - Spain on January 2nd, my order received this morning, the 9th.  Not bad indeed.  I don't believe I've ever received one quicker from the Wannabe guy from Florida. 

Part 2, after another email to Matt (or Dave) at USA Gravity AND placing a complaint with Paypal requesting a full refund I got fast response from Matt (or Dave).  Unfortunately, not a refund, but another email from them that it had been shipped and provided a tracking number.  LOL.  But,  the damn order arrived here two days ago.  Now THAT was the fastest time ever receiving an order from them.  AND it is the last time I will ever do business with them.  A letter to paypal (yes, lost my case for refund because the order received after two plus months) to explain this guy's modus operandi appears to be to rob Peter (the customers) to pay Paul (himself) and to heck with a reputation.  In addition, I explained that Gravity-Colors in Spain did have a relationship with the Florida guy as a distributor, but severed that relationship after too many customers complained to them alleging he provided FAKE tracking numbers that didn't agree with the actual shipment weeks/months later.   This person has no business sense other that of a con man artist, and a dumb one at that.
