Watching  some brit banger racing and I just cant tell if no 41 is American or a eurobox?

It look's "VERY SIMILAR" to the wagon that Max drove his family around in .

Not sure what make it was , but watch Mad Max ( the first one ) and you will see .

Dont worry about the thumb print.... paint it rust and call it battle damage.

I think the grille emblem is an Opel , so the Holden Commodore / Ambasadore  " as above " may be re badged .

It is for sure an Opel Kapitan or Admiral with a inline 6 of 2800 cc. Not a Holden. this car dates back to probably 1976 or 75 and is German build because the Holdens of that day differ very much from Opels..... The Admiral has a litlle more luxery inside opposed to a more barebone Kapitan so likely the car in this case. There was a V8 version as well with teh 5.7 litre Chevy and autmatic trans but that version has standing headlights oposed to the laying ones on the cheaper versions beiing de Admiral and kapitan.
