The Monogram “Paddy Wagon” was designed by the great Tom Daniel. The scale model is a total custom fabrication, especially in chassis configuration … it is 100% pure hot rod (i.e. no stock 1910’s era C-cab ever came with what looks to be a torsion bar front suspension combined with a quick-change rear axle with coil springs, no less). As such, probably no consideration was given to maintaining the stock dimensions, including wheelbase.

What size does it show on the box 1/24 or 1/25, thereagain does it really matter as long as you build them serarately?

mIni man!  With all due respect, you are making an "apples vs oranges" comparo here!

That Tom Daniels kit from Monogram was created from a cartoon-like caricature that Daniels created way back in the late 1960's, nowhere near a scale model of an actual vehicle.  By contrast, ICM goes for realism, for scale accuracy, and they are well-noted around the scale modeling work for just that.  Their Model T Ford kits are quite accurately proportioned and scaled.
