On the Dart, I believe that the closest you're gonna get is the '66 from Speed City Resins and on the Coronet I believe the Revell '67 Coronet is the closest you'll find. Of course I could be wrong and maybe someone else could chime in.

There used to be a 66conversion kit for the 67 coronet and used to be a 65resin but the guy that used to make these said discontinued so I'm hoping someone has spares they'd part with or get me in the right direction

MCW Automotive Finishes offers a 1966 Dodge Coronet 2dr Post Sedan on their website. Maybe you can combine parts from that with the Revell 1967 Coronet to build the kit your vet wants. http://www.mcwautomotivefinishes.com/resin/66dod2dr.jpg

For the 65 Dart try Steve at Star Models about 4 years ago i got 2 resin stock 65 dart kits from him they were promo style but it was easy to open the hood and i used the AMT 76 Dart/Duster for the running gear and all the under hood parts i'm not sure if he still has them but it's worth a shoot.
