I dont recall AMT ever kitting a 57 wagon.  I think I would have a few if they did cause i have bought/collected every 57 offering AMT ever did.   Revell or Monogram did a Nomad, I have one but cant dig it out right now.  It's 1/24th scale.  I also have a resin one but it's in a box unmarked as to who made it. (bought at a show)

There was a diecast in 1/25th scale. It is a 2 door but could probably be turned into a 4-door. I bought one when they were on clearance at Walmart. It looks like I should have gotten more judging by the prices. It is done up as a cruiser, lowered and everything, but the body and interior is accurate and can be mixed with the stock wheels from an AMT kit. Bonus is a nicely done straight six!   http://www.ebay.com/itm/WEST-COAST-CHOPPERS-CHEVY-WAGON-50S-DIECAST-1957-CAR-Jesse-James-USA-skulls-/310848062859?hash=item485ffd058b:g:AsoAAOxyONBSV-T6

AMT did a 57 Nomad in 1/16th scale.

My favorite color is clear. I am also ambidexterous, I can screw up equally well with either hand. I am 53 years old and been building for most of that time. :)

Yep, and I actually have that one and the old big scale convertible too.  I was referring to 1/25th scale but you are correct.  Incidentally i never could understand why AMT never brought that kit and the convertible out in 1/25th.

I would agree. I don't have a lot of room for the big kits these days, even though that is an excellent kit. Seems AMT missed the boat by not doing a 25th scale. I had the Revell kit, but back in the day, most of their stuff was too fiddly with poor fitment. Then again in that era my building sucked as well so, no use being the musician who blames his instrument, right?
