Nice...is it gonna be a 2n1 kit like the 69 Nova with drag options??? Or a altered 68 chevelle kit?

From the get go the 68 was designed with a 69 in mind. No doubt it is based on the 68 tooling, and the test shot I saw the 68 trim has been removed.

It really wouldn't make sense to do a completely new tool. I wouldn't doubt options are planned tho.

I just started mine the other night.  Very nice body, only two light mold lines to remove on the roof.  The tooling looks like great late model Revell stuff.  I'll be putting the base coat on in a night or two.

I build cars, airplanes and military vehicles, generally all at the same time.  I'm always looking to try new kits, paints, tools and finishing supplies to improve my results and keep the hobby fresh.

Looking forward to it I've got the body on mine painted and working on the engine.

Mine is painted, and now it's time to assemble and detail the body.  So far very nice kit, and what is interesting having just build the RoG LandRover I can see some RoG influences in the tooling.  I expect the fit will be exceptional.  Even the engine has some different (better) fits than some of the newer RoA tools.

Actually the tooling was finished before the ROG takeover so it's a straight Revell USA kit.
