We've lost a friend...

Immensely sad to report that Southern California model enthusiast, Pontiac fan and genuinely excellent human, Albert Wallace, has succcumbed after a lengthy battle with cancer. A large, soft-spoken friendly black man, Albert was always there with a kind word and a 'real' question if you had something he didn't understand. His fondness for his 1:1 '62 Pontiac Catalina started many conversations at the countless car shows and events he attended. He is greatly missed. Travel well, friend.

I've known Albert for quite awhile on another model car forum and he was really a great guy and will be sorely missed by many. May he R.I.P.

Although I've never met the man, he always showed lots of pictures..I've seen many of him and his ever present smile..Looks like he loved life..Years ago he posted a car show in CA and I asked if he could get me a show shirt..I sent $20.00 cash to him..Two weeks later I got the shirt..Never met him but he looked honest and was true to his word..He also served in the Military..Thank you for you service sir..

He was about as good as it gets. Thanks, Wayne.
