MPC Malco Gasser.

Went to look for 4x4 kits to get wheels but all were sold out but this Malco Gasser i got somewhat cheap.

Guess i'll use its engine, tires/wheels driveline, steering wheel, suspension and roll cage, radiator, and the body/frame goes to "scrapyard", though i might snag a bit of its frame.

Nice diversity of kits Nigel !!

I'd love to see that 1:72 Model A done as a street rod . But seeing as its just an inch high x 2 inches max long (55 x 25mm! ), it might be a tad hard to get customised parts Big Smile The photo must be a full scale one then LOL

I guess a hot wheels motor would even be too large !

AMT '33 Willys Panel .

'33 Willys ( that blue blown amt )the second car model i ever built, at '86 or '87, and i bought it at my first visit to any model shop. Today i bought the '33 Panel version, from the same shop, which is now closing its doors at the end of the month. It aint the same body model but there wasnt Ohio George version in the shelf so i took the the closest possible. And i like the Van body better. I donno will i ever get it fully ready though...as i am mostly craving its doch v8....which is also ringing bells from my childhood when i saw a pic of swedish(?) bright yellow 'stang  with that monstrous engine.

I just got it from Amazon, you can also find it on Ebay. It uses LEDs and has a big lens that is 7.5" x 6.2". It's a 5 diopter (2.25 magnification). I replaced a round 5" florescent magnifier (same magnification) light that was a little shaky whenever I put it into position. This new one is rock steady. It has variable brightness too. It uses 9 Watts and is 680 lumens. The "buttons" on top are touch sensitive. In fact they will work when your finger is about 1/8" over them. Anyway, here's some photos.

Revell 64 Thunderbolt, actually 2 kits, other being the lratt and other this box with kind of pinkish red illustrations on the cover. Theyre still in the mail but who knows, maybe you? ...are the kits same ,only with different decals and ...rims ?.

Shops last day and the owner had only under ten 1/25-24 kits in the shelf and sold them for so cheap my bud bought those for me as surprise gifts. If you get model kits for 20-25 Euros , thats as rare price as chickens teeth. Usually its 29-51 Euros range....mostly 32-44e.

T-bolt has atleast good front seat
