Did they ever do a 90's BTTC Volvo - I seem to remember one driver was Rikard Rydell I think ? There's this "stancewerks" scene with big diameter wheels and super low stance that suits these blocky 80's & 90's sedans & estates..... I actually wanted to do a Vanden Plas AllAgro once. I was drunk at the time...

How about a Saucy Granny.... ( Thats British or German Ford Granada to the rest of you !)

Surprise

Hey Mini-Man...

That 1925 fruit truck is a bit of a mess. Out of scale part's , miss formed part's, ECT.....

On my kit, the standard pick-up body was a scale foot thick on the driver's side. I had to "grind" off quite a bit before the interior would fit.

I could go on, and on, and on but I think you will actually enjoy the challenge. Feel free to ask me how I got around the "Blower problem" ( There's some scratch building involved. )

Dont worry about the thumb print.... paint it rust and call it battle damage.

Soon to be on the bench...

Fruitwagon and revell '48 Ford Custom Coupe.

Thinkin of using Fruitwagons frame and body parts, plus the quickchange rear, with 48's hopped-up flattie. Maybe add in 29 rad rod pickups front end parts as well.

Just getting back into the hobby after a long hiatus. I tried to find the cheapest complete kit that had my interest. I pulled the trigger on this thing. The wheels will go into the box for a planned scratchbuilt Lakester. The rest, well let's say, I'm going to have some fun. :)

Once again, my wife made me drive all the way to Tuscon for her shopping need's . And once again, The truck "mysteriously" broke down just a few feet away from the hobby store .... so I bought this stuff..... you know .... to fix the truck....

It was a "miracle"..... The truck started right up !

04:20 (AM... ) I've got a broken tooth and in agony , so might as well do something to stop me pulling it with pliers . I have exactly the same 159 alfa £7 ... Not the best quality model . In fact its utter sh............ ! The spoke wheels are just a disc of clear plastic , with what looks like a spiders web engraved to imitate the laced spokes . The 1.4 litre inline 8 isn't too(TH) bad but the blower is in accurate . Mine looks like the mentioned Allard dragster , (I might even paint mine blue) . Now with a 392 hemi & long funnycar headers . The wheels / tyres are more late 60's as I utilised a Mr Norms 68 Charger for the parts . Oh.... and here comes the throbbing pain in my jaw......... I'm soooooo glad I've got 60 Paracetamol !!!

Yet again my wife had to go to Tuscon for her shopping....

And yes, I "Broke down" right next too the hobby shop.

( I think she is begining to suspect something is going on, but I'm not sure. )

Got all this stuff into the truck before she could stop me !

That's my rule : If I make it out of the store with it, It's too late to send it back for a refund !

                       L O L !

Funny you should mention that...... Back when we were living in Winnemucca NV. I had to deliver a load of concrete to the local "House of ill repute" ( there were 2 in Winnemucca, right next to each other.)

I told her about it ..... and was "watched very carfully " for about a week ! LOL !
