Yup, I had the same thing happen. Chrome seems safe, too.

My Firefox works BUT IE8 shows an application error, which I e- mailed to Mr. Haught. I have NO problems with any other of my several thousand web site in my IE8 Favorites.

I've had the same problem all day with Explorer. I've "unlocked" and logged off and on several times and I keep getting the same thing.

Just tried it on AOL and was able to log out and back in through that. But there is SOMETHING wrong here.

I was experiencing the same thing yesterday. A security patch was applied to the website, which caused some residual fallout. If you get an error message when you go to the site, clear the cookies and cache in your browser. To do this in Firefox, go to Tools and click on Clear Recent History. Make sure Cookies and Cache are checked and click Clear Now. You may have to refresh the page after doing this.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Thank you Jenny. Your recommendations worked flawlessly. I was long overdue in clearing my "cookies" anyway. FYI, the tile of this topic is in error as I have Explorer and was experiencing the same condition. Make a Toast Fury3

I cleared cookies as instructed but still can't get back in with Explorer. AOL working, though.

I had the same problem and discovered that after I cleared my cookies and browser history that I still could not get in.  I tried again a short while ago and noticed that a listing of delete options came up and one was checked as Preserve Favorites website data.  I unchecked that one, cleared my cookies, and I was able to get back in.  My world is right again! I'll try that next time. I've deleted cookies TWICE now, once with AOL up and once with Explorer up, and Explorer will still not let me into this site (though AOL will, obviously).

I've already had to log back into all my regular sites twice today. Grrrrrr!

I just got off the phone with a wonderful lady, here's todays fix that should remedy the problem. Log out, than log back in. It worked for me. I'm doing this from IE8 as that was what was problematic. so far, it works!

If you're reading this, it means I was able to get on through IE again. Thanks, whoever fixed it!
