I was asked about the progress of one my other projects in the discussion on Revell Donks. How do I respond that specific question? Sorry I am new to this forum and used to the HH board. Thanx

Well, if it's a simple answer, you could respond in that thread. So long as you don't completely hijack the thread, the original topic starter shouldn't care. If the question is very direct and wouldn't be of interest to others, you could just answer it via email. Assuming the person who asked you has their email available.

But the best way would probably be to simply start a new topic. Then you can share all the details of your project and answer many questions as they come up. Your thread will most likely be seen by those who would be interested in it.

If you posted in a big rig thread and somebody saw your post and said "by the way, how's that Ferrari coming along?" the people who would be intersted in the Ferrari may not see it if you discuss it there. Likewise, modelers reading about big rigs might not want to hear about a flashy red sports car.

In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups. There are the police who investigate crimes, and the district attorneys who prosecute the offenders. These are their stories. Doink Doink! Jake Couture

I think the best way to respond to a specific question asked of you that's outside of the thread topic is by emailing the person directly.

I can't be sure but I thinks hes asking a technical question. Not asking what he should say. If thats the case you press a little quote button at the top right of each post then start typing.
