I suscribed by mail and just got my first issue in the mail. How can I access the suscriber only parts parts of the forum?

You need to go to the top of the page and click REGISTER (next to the miniature magazine at the top right). Follow the log-in instructions. (Be sure to record your password somewhere for when you might forget it.) If you have any trouble logging in, go to Customer Service above and fill out a request for assistance and they will get back to you via e-mail. You need to click on LOGIN to log in each time you come to the site and remember to log out before you exit. (Once you are logged in, you have access to the "subscriber only" topics.) Hope this helps while you wait for an "official" reply to your question. Smile

Thanks, I'll give that a go. I'm already a member of the forum, so I thought it would just open once the subscription went through.

Yeah, you'd think so. The previous format worked so much better. The customer service folks are usually helpful. I'm not sure if the subscriber access is automated or someone in cs needs to activate it. Couldn't hurt to rattle the cage: you're already paying for the access.

I am having the same problem with "subscriber only" content.  Have subscribed to magazine and registered in forum.  After logging into the main website I still cannot access the "subscriber only" content.  Stuck in loop to login -- as if the login does nothing.

Let me know how you shake out, John.  I have emailed them twice and not received help.

I got a confirmation back pretty quick, so we'll see.

I have emailed Customer Service and asked them for help. No more of this "sign up and then decline the bill" stuff. Please work within the system.

My email was within the customer service form where I was required to enter all my contact information. And I have paid for subscriptions with credit cards, so not sure what you are referring to with "decline the bill" My credit card has already been charged.

I was referring to the now-deleted post that suggested you should sign up and then declien the bill when it arrived. Hopefully CS will get a solution to this ASAP.

Still nothing. I may try a phone call. I'm happy with the magazine so this isn't a big deal me, but I'll try to gain access.

i just called customer service this afternoon and they resolved the issue. It was a problem on their end. Took about 10 min of their time to fix.

I did so Feb 14th, and within minutes got a confirmation reply confirming they got my e-mail and would reply in two days. Still nothing, but I haven't had the chance to yet. Thanks Jim for following up.
