Hi, Barry. One of our members outside the US that I sent some parts to ran into what is likely the same problem. You still click on the person's name, and select the second of the two tabs at the upper right. Once you have entered you message, you have to scroll down to the bottom and select the submit or send button. Apparently the old forum did not require this extra step, and some members have indicated that they cannot access the "send button" via their phone or device. I don't know if this is of any help, but I know it's been an issue for some members.
