Mr. Covert, did you write the following line on page 37 under the lower right hand picture, "Shocks (mounted in front of the rear axle) are found only on the rear of the 64 1/2 Mustang."?
I do hope you did not mean there are no shocks on the front, because if you did, I got ya........LOL
If you did and I think maybe you didn't, look at the three pics to the left of the one in question, shocks bolted to the lower a-frames and to the shocks towers under the hood.
Like I said I hope you meant it differently and I'm just writing to kill time, which you wish I hadn't.....<S>

I'm pretty sure that he meant that the rear shocks were only mounted in front of the axle on 64 1/2 cars. As in, later cars had the shocks mounted behind the rear axle or staggered 1 in front and 1 in rear of axle (common on cars, not sure about the Mustangs though)
