Are you signing into the community area, or are you signing in on the homepage (www.scaleautomag.com)?

It did it again! I had gone thur two forums, reading and looking at the pics. I use my back button to return to my starting point and then boom, I'm a guest and I can not sign back in, tells me my password and username is wrong. I dump and statr over and here I am. So, any ideas? Thanks for listening, Tiburon

Try going to the Forum page and signing in there instead of the "home" page. See if that works. If it does, let me know and I'll report it to our online guys.

Hey Doc, ask your wife to cook you some, there real good...LOL Cookies are those little bits of nfo stored on the 'puter to get you back on site quicker(?) Ok, depending on your browser try looking in preferences and then look for security or privacy and look for the cookies name. You can set them up to clean themselves out or only last so many days etc. Ask some one local to help you if you are not sure of what you are doing, don't want to muck up the 'puter............

Hi, Tiburon. I, too, am now a permanent member of the guest list. Try as I might I cannot seem to convince Scale Auto or my very own computer that I exist. Even the lowly newbie list must be full. I was so upset and downtrodden because I could not seem to get anyone to validate me, one day, I just picked up my computer, and without even opening the window chucked it.(chuck; v. to throw. to you guys on the west coast). It's been nearly a week now. The snow has finally melted enough for me to find the computer, unthaw it, dry it off, and get back to the forum. I've missed you guys, even though we've only known one another for a very short time. Hi, to all you new 'members'!!! May the Lord bless you Tiburon, for having the will to stand up and speak out on this issue.Wink.(cookies taste better with milk)!

LaughLaughLaugh Mudslinger, you slay me........ Oh, watch that west coast crack, the Cali's don't know they are slipping into the ocean, yet. And please quit using my name to relocate things from your house.
But on the subject of booting off, Mr Lilienthal I now have been able to sign in though the forum site and stay on until I\m ready to leave, give it another try mudslinger, may be the powers to be have fixed it?????

I just had the same problem. I dumped the cookies and BAM I was back. I hope it doesn't happen again. I can't stand rejection. It's been my problem all my life. I've taken it from women but I can't believe my computer is against me. It's got to be a communist plot. What??? Oh, my pills again. Thank you, Nurse Ratchet.
I'm hopelessly addicted to building models. Not finishing them, just building them.

I agree it's all in the way the cookies crumble.
