just a quick observation. I am seeing more and more articles and show reviews in the magazine that include a picture and the following caption: box stock build. It has xxxx aftermarket wheels or such and such add-ons. 

Seems to me it's either box stock or modified. Can't be both. 

What are your thoughts?

I dont give two hoots about stock etc but I will be building a big rig shortly and it sure WONT be standard!Devil

Will build most anything,love American cars muscle etc.Britishvehicles are a buzz too,trucks are great - want to do a jet truck,building parts up...

Also notice the same issue when using the term "scratchbuilt" when it is actually kit-bashed.

I build models because I can't afford the real thing!
