I am a new member to the forums. When I click "new Post" I do not get the option of "Use Rich Formatting". Also if I reply to a post that has the "Use Rich Formatting" I do not get the menu when I click on "Use Rich Formatting". Therefore, I cannot upload pictures. Help!

Same here and I've been around for a while!  I've tried everything and it will not work...  It did the first time I joined....  Just don't know!

As a suggestion, use a more descriptive Subject title..."problem with" is a bit vague.

When you attempt to post pictures, what are you using? A smart phone or a real computer?
