Sounds like a fun project- I've got a General Lee Charger I wasn't doing anything with but can now envision some wonderfully tacky 70s style mods......

Love it! I'm in! If I can't get something new together, I'll post up an older build--I'm sure I got SOMETHING that would apply!

I'm in. The timing could not be better. My model club is going to build a local drive-in diorama replica with a c.1970 theme and I need to build at least one car.

Toss that stupid diecast in the recycle bin and build something !

I'll get in on this one! I have a 1969 GTO that would fit right in. Maybe a couple other GM cars to throw in possibly later.

"Halfway Monochromatic look" treatment (painted bumpers and wheel fins) with that style of graphics seems to scream "Mid 80s right before everything went Pro Street"  more than 70s......Smile

Hey guys my dad gave me a great idea for the cbp! He said back in the late 70s he and his friends all had fuzzy t-handles on their hurst shifters! Im not doing it in the bee b-cause of the pistol grip, but i might try it if I build another car!

Hey guys I got the rear window stickered up, attached the bumper and taillight panel, and added a cb antenna. I also dug out my 70 TA (the paint makes it look much nicer than it is)  I thought it might fit in here. Also, would a california blue plate work for these dates? Ive been searchin for a good plate and there seems to be a gap in my stash from 70 to present dates.

Any imput appreciated.
