Results for the Dodge & Plymouth build off.

It looks like this is all the entries that will be posted so I went with what I had.
Some of the models looked like they were going to be a good model but they
didn't get finished and it wouldn't be right to rate them above the ones that were
finished unless they were really great models up to that point.  None of the
unfinished models would have qualified for that.  So  here are my results
1 st place   BigblkMopar's  67 GTX.
This one seemed to be a real nice model.  I could see a couple of flaws in the paint
but overall it had a clean look.  The BMF was nice with only a few lines where there
shouldn't be.  I would say that not many would have been ordered with that color
combination.  It was a $21.55 option so it could have been that way.  More likey
they would have ordered a white vinyl top.  Still this one is the best of cars entered
and is my winner.

2nd Place   BigblkMopar's 69 GTX
This one is another nice model but I don't think it was as nice as the 67.  A couple of things
that weren't correct made the difference.  One being the black on the chassis where the
back of the torsion bars go.  That part of the frame is part of the unibody and would
be body color.  The K member in the front was black and that it correct.  Another thing
was the spark plug wires were too small and not run the correct way for a big block
mopar.  Maybe these were little things but I have to look at everything to judge fairly.

3 rd place is Cnh320Generallee's 70 Superbird
This one was a nice model and one that I know a lot about.   Having a Petty blue
Superbird in our collection I have good reference.  This looks to be a street
version of the race car.  Overall it has a good look.  One thing that should be easy
to fix is the decals need to have decal set put on the decals so that the clear edges
blend into the body color.
If Bigblkmopars Volare had been finished it would have been between the two for
3 rd place but since it wasn't finished the Superbird gets the nod.

I would like to have a lot more entries but I had to go with what was entered.  Maybe I will
be able to judge another contest like this again.
Thanks to those that entered.
