I need so help or idea s on what material to use for making rear double hump fenders.  Is it thin plastics or real thin metals.

I'd use sheet styrene and a vacu-form.

If you prefer metals, use an aluminum beverage can. If you cut the aluminum with an Xacto knife, be careful! The edge of the aluminum will be very sharp and can lead to annoying cuts in your fingers.

Pete, An FYI to you on misc. Truck Parts n' Things.  Search P&P Resin parts, they specialize in resin for the big rig builders.  Their "61 Chevy chassis is the best I've ever seen!  I've bought quite a few.....
