Hi

I've been looking for a kit of one of the above models for a long time. Anyone ever seen one?

Thanks Smile

1/24 would be the preferred scale, though 1/25 or 1/20 would be OK as well Wink

As a former owner of a 924, I, too, looked for a similar kit......... I believe that Tamiya used to make a 924 Carrera kit - try searching ebay - there's usually 1 or 2 up for auction.

The only Porsche kits I have are the Tamiya Porsche 911 GT-3.I think I have 3 or 4 of them.

Monogram made a 924, a 924 Turbo and a 924 turbo rally about 15-20 years ago. Once in a while they pop up on eBay. They are usually reasonable (<$15)

Italeri made a 944, 944 Turbo and a 944 cabriolet which it imported under thier name and Testors. The 944 Turbo can be expensive on eBay (I've seen sealed ones hit $50).

A quick search at Hobbylink Japan resulted in a LOT of 911's, some race Porsches, a 928, and some of my all time favorite kits, Fujimi's 356 range in their Enthusiast Series. Even if you are not a fan of old Porsches, check these kits out. They are magnificent! And just think they are from the mid 80's!!!

As of today, there are 3 944 kits on eBay - hasegawa, testors, and italeri; and 2 built up 924's
