Body for an AMT '57 Chrysler 300C

I have this kit, but I made an error painting it (orange peel). I tried to strip the paint back, but ended up destroying the body. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a replacement body?

Just curious, what did you use to strip the body?
I use Easy Off oven cleaner and it does not damage plastic.

I used Mineral Turpentine first off, but when I could see it wasn't doing the plastic any good I stopped. Then I read a tip in FSM about using "Double D Eucalyptus Oil" and tried that. I left the body in it too long and the plastic started to melt. So boy do I feel foolish! Big Smile

Sorry I haven't been checking my own threads. (d'oh!) I only seem to be getting one email stating that there is a reply.

Anyhoo, I'll get some of that Easy off and give it a whirl!
