Old (very) old 1:25 parts needed
Posted by Wick Humble on Monday, February 17, 2020 11:08 PM

I need some very old 1:25 (AMT) kit parts, the most esoteric of which is:

Two 'port-hole chromes' for the 1961 Buick Special Wagon kit that I  begun that year; because it has gotten a 401 Nailhead, I want to add two extra trademark 'port-holes' to the build.  It's now a two-door sedan-delivery style ambulance, but of course seriously rodded.

Also, a useable frame/floor pan for a '40 Ford (AMT, Lindberg, any 1:25) and a hood; can be rough/glue bomb salvage -- whatever.

Have a fair amount of early '60s kit parts, esp wheel-cover sets, and some bumper/grille combos to swap.  Anyone out there can help?  As always, thanks very, very much!   Wick, age 74

So sorry, not much that new!!  Most of my kits, as well as trade goods, are from when I was modeling every day (well, guess I am today, as a retiree!) which for automotive stuff approx. 'the sixties', esp the pre-Beatle days.  I'd like help, tho!

With Corvair19 on the loose, I've been really behind on forum communications; plus SA web stuff seems to lose my login regularly; dunno why.  Help?
