Flying Dutchman decals anyone?
Posted by Skelly on Friday, January 10, 2020 5:34 PM

Does anyone know where I can get a decal sheet for a 1/24 or 1/25 Flying Dutchman funny car?? Lots exist, but I need the 1968 Charger one. I've seen them online, but no info on where to get them.

Any help out there??

Have you checked with SLIXX or Speed City Resin?

My favorite color is clear. I am also ambidexterous, I can screw up equally well with either hand. I am 53 years old and been building for most of that time. :)

Thanks, all!

I just found out that Chris from Detroit models has passed away, and others in this company are having quite a time trying to catch up. RIP, Chris.

Google search found ONE company that makes the decal, but they want FORTY BUCKS U.S. to deliver. That's over fifty bucks Canuck!!! I'm not going to spend $75.00 on a decal.  I've emailed them about the shipping, but no reply.

I did find one on eBay, but the seller won't ship outside the U.S. Can't even contact him, 'cause eBay won't allow it!

So, it appears I have my work cut out for me... good thing I'm retired. Thanks again for all your help and suggestions!!

The quest continues......

Got a reply from the Forty-bucks-shipping guy, and he's adjusting the charge. Woohoo!

Thanks, all, for your input and help. What a great bunch of guys.
