Has anyone had recent business with the company? I put in an order about a month ago and haven't heard anything from them.

Have you tried to contact them?  You have to remember that this is a part-time job for many of them as they have full-time everyday jobs and a family life, too.  Many resin casters take about a month to pour the molds and create the parts and many of them send everything out when the order is complete.  Then, there is the shipping which can take time as well.  I suggest that you contact them and politely ask for a progress report.

Something is not as it should be. I buy regularly from BNL and can typically expect receipt of my order within 2 weeks, and generally less. My most recent order with them was last October, IIRC. If you've reached out to them beyond this timeline and heard no answer I would probably notify them one last time and make clear your intention to stop payment if you don't hear back. If you paid via either PayPal or using a charge card you may still be able to do this. But frankly, I'm surprised, since my experience is that BNL makes consitently good products and fulfills orders promptly. But if they don't reply...

I had thought that BNL closed shop in December, and had a note on their home page to that effect. I don't see anything there now, though. Like gbk1, my experiences with them have always been good and responses have always come back quickly.

I just went to their website and was able to log in to my account. I didn't see any notice anywhere regarding closing down. Everything looked just as it always has.
