Renwall Revivals BUGATTI 101 Kit Wanted.
Posted by BUGATTI FAN on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 11:05 AM

Hi Guys! Can any body help me. I am looking for a Virgil Exner Styled Bugatti 101 kit that was made by Renwall in their 'Revivals' series back in the 60's. I am seeking one to restore and give to the Bugatti Trust Museum here in the UK for permanent display. Realistically an unbuilt kit is probably too rare and out of the question to ask for as a donation, so I would be looking for an old neglected one that may have been built many years ago and languishing gathering dust in someones attic or basement. It does not matter if bits are missing off the model or how badly it was built as I would be looking to do a ground up rebuild. Is there anybody out there who has one and can help me out on this project and would like to see their model restored and find a good home?

If so please contact me on the forum messaging service.  Many thanks.

Thanks for the tip off Bainford, but 200 bucks is more than I can afford unfortunately. Looks like that is a mint kit price and what with shipping it to the UK as well, a bit prohibitive on my pension. Ideally I would be looking for one that has been badly assembled and in need of restoration but cheap! I am looking for one to restore and give to the Bugatti Trust Museum for display here in the UK. Mint kits are collectable, hence the eBay prices.
