I am tryin to make my old pick up which was a 81 Ford f-100 custom with a longbed.

I have the Revell Ford Ranger Stepside kit which is the right cab.

The Monogram/Revell kit f-250 is the wrong trim and too tall and the amt kit is also the wrong shape and to small.

AMT made a 92-95 Ford XLT long bed regular cab that might provide some usable bits. It might be possible to combine that kit with the front end of the MPC mid 80s Bronco, or perhaps with the Revell Ranger kit. Some combination there might get you close. Sorting trim issues may require a little scratchbuilding or minor mods.

I have not tried the fit or compatibility of any of these kits. Just throwing out some thoughts on where to start. The 300-6 might be a problem to find as well. I'm not aware of one in scale.

I believe there is a 300 I-6 in one of the Mobius Ford truck kits.
