Anyone have a useable set from the first issue Malco Super Vette Gasser?  I opened my original kit and the decals didn't age well at all---they are toast.  I have seen them offered in the aftermarket in the past but now that I need em I can't seem to locate any.  I can use the help either way----Anybody?      Glooz

I have checked with SLIXX and every other decal maker I can think of, thats why I posted here.  Billy Gooche used to make a set but not much chance of me buying a set at the corner decal store.  I do not have the equipment to print my own or I would try that.  A set will turn up somewhere.

Very late reply here, but Billy Gooche now sells these again.... in the same boat here... that is definitely a decal-required paint scheme!

Hi, saw your post about the Malco Super Vette, and I was interested in building a C1 gasser using a 57-62. But I'm looking for both a flip front end and a straight axle. can you tell me if this kit has both? Thanks, Tony

Show, this kit has a flip front, which has a crappy fit but looks ok with some work.  It has stock front suspension with metal coil springs.  You might try the new Revell Vette kit and do some scratch-bashing.  I have never built that kit but I am sure it is much better than this old MPC offering I am fooling with.  I found a set of decals but this kit is still sitting unfinished.  Maybe someday....................

I am a new member here and I know this is an old post but I have the original decal sheet for the 1971 Chris Lang Malco Super Vette. I have had it since I was 11 years old. I loved this vette but was 1/2 way though building the model and my brother decided he would see how it burns! I love the decals so I've kept them. In great shape. Can send pics to those interested.
