Ross Gibson Engines
Posted by LilRedHemi on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 5:30 PM

Hi All!

Does anyone know what happened to Ross Gibson Engines? Did he pass away or just go out of business? Did anyone takeover his kits/molds? Just wondering and any info is greatly appreciated!

I bought a couple of engines from LHS, back in 2010?

Was going to get more  but heard he had passed on 2013?

He made very high quality parts, not sure if anyone picked up his moulds?
Try the web if your looking for a engine, might be lucky?

Hope that helps?

Mr. Gibson has passed. Your only hope is a place like feebay and fair warning, you'll pay as much as you would for a vintage kit, IF you can nail one down. Not that they aren't worth it.

My favorite color is clear. I am also ambidexterous, I can screw up equally well with either hand. I am 53 years old and been building for most of that time. :)

On the bench... somewhere. Pink Panther show car, 1978 Dodge Magnum Charger Daytona Midnight edition SE 300. Mongrel T.
