Was it ever kitted,they sold some under the Chrysler brand,just watched a u-tube vid on derby cars and got thinking....

Will build most anything,love American cars muscle etc.Britishvehicles are a buzz too,trucks are great - want to do a jet truck,building parts up...

I'm not aware of any kits, but the Brookfield Collectors Guild did a 1/25 scale promo type thing that seems pretty decent (have not seen one in person). They pop up on ebay once in awhile.

I saw some Brookfield models yesterday at a swap meet, however I did not look to see what kind they are. A swap meet could be a good place for you to look for that Neon you're seeking.

Thing Is !

  I had a real NEON . Neat little car . But the body was bulkier in the rear door / window area than the models you have there . Last Plymouth I ever owned . The darker colored one is more accurate in the front , than the lighter colored one .

 Both models to a past real NEON owner , have a very glaring flaw . The side windows , front and rear are to big
