Did they ever make a Vega wagon?

Amt made one as a funny car only in the 70's. There is a built one listed on eBay now. Could be combined with several stock MPC kits (also out of production) to make stock but hood is notched for supercharger. Good luck!

Those AMT Vega wagon (aka Kammback) funny cars have a nice stock body (exept for the hood, as mentioned above, and also the windshield for the same reason). Amt produced these Vega funnys over several years, and so are available with the both wedge shaped front end and the large open grill front end, depending on which kit you get.

Note; this does not refer to the AMT Vega/Astra funny car kit from the late 70s which has a distorted 'funny car only' body. It is easy to tell from the box art if it is the stock body kit or not.

Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.

Competition Resins has a Vega wagon body (I have one.. Nice casting) to be mated to a early Revell Chassis.
