It is from the 71 movie Serpco,about a cop who fights the corrupt system..

Will build most anything,love American cars muscle etc.Britishvehicles are a buzz too,trucks are great - want to do a jet truck,building parts up...

Mr Mike;

 I think you might be right .BUT , remember except for minor changes that body and design , with minor tweaks lasted till 1965 . I know I used to rebuild and collect them .  O.C.G.
