Cordoba/Charger? 1976?

Is anyone producing late seventies MOPAR in any scale? I know they weren't very popular but someone should be doing these. Best I've found are Monacos and Furys.

My favorite color is clear. I am also ambidexterous, I can screw up equally well with either hand. I am 53 years old and been building for most of that time. :)

On the bench... somewhere. Pink Panther show car, 1978 Dodge Magnum Charger Daytona Midnight edition SE 300. Mongrel T.

Lindberg made them years ago in 1/32nd scale. Hard to find but keep an eye on the auction sites. Very nice curbside kits.

I did not know that! I can deal with the scale no issue. I'll have to look those up. Any chance they did a 300 or a Magnum?

Not to my knowledge. Sure wish Round2 would rerelease some of these old kits.

Didn't MPC produce a Cordoba/Charger in '75 as part of their annual releases? I'm sure I can picture this on the shelves back in the day, but I can find no reference to it during a quick google search. Old age, I guess...

They had annual Monaco and Fury kits, but they stopped making Chargers after the '74 model.

Those lindbergs are actually 1/43 the bodies have beautiful detail but way to small interior, chassis and tires have terrible detail shame....... if the bodies were 3d printed in 1/25 scale it would be great i have the 74 montecarlo the 77 tbird and the 74 grandprix

I have one of those Cordoba kits. I stuffed a Monogram 1/32nd scale 69 Charger chassis under one and it's a close fit so no, the Cordoba is closer to 1/32 than 1/43

If I could get my photobucket account to play nice I certainly would. But trust me, it fits. I'll have to figure out Photobucket out sometime. It's slow and dodgy.

Would your cars be beige and green? If so I think I saw your pics on google.

No, mine is still unpainted. Still searching for an engine because I only had the chassis and bits of the interior. I've seen those beige and green ones before.

There are currently two dobas and two chargers on ebay from the 32nd scale Lindberg line. All the same seller. In case anyone's interested.
