I have to chuckle a little whenever this show is coming.

A "hope it don't snow" show in South Carolina?

Do you get a lot of snow there? Big Smile

We also have a "hope it don't snow" show in my neck of the woods in early February, but around here, it's just a pipe dream.

I live in Minnesota!

Ha ha! I chuckled too last year, my first year on the forum! I was looking for any shows early and the South Carolina one came up! Have to admit I was a little confused for a senior moment! I did go to the one here in MN as that's where I live. I noticed this year it has moved a little more south of Rochester! Do you plan on being there?

I would love to go some year, but I have never been able to make it due to a yearly vacation we take the first week in February.

Possibly next year.

My wife has started teaching at NDSU and will no longer be able to take a vacation at that time.

If it is south of Rochester, I'm guessing Stewartville?

Yes, Stewartville.

I know the difficulty of trying to get to shows especially if work/job is still in the picture. I was only able to start last year because of it!

I know I'm in the UK and won't be able to make it but, what is the date? I can't see it anywhere.

The one in Spartanburg South Carolina is: January 19th. I have been told this is a good size show!

The one in Stewartville MN is: February 2nd. This show if like last year, I would say it was the smallest one I went to.

January 19th is the date and the show has grown by leaps and bounds.. we have expanded our show to a full ballroom at the Marriott Hotel and we average about 500+ models on the tables... as for y'all making fun of the south wondering if we get snow around these dates... oh yeah it can happen.. we just got about 13 inches down this way in areas around the show a couple of weeks ago... looks like the Hoping that it will not snow is working as they are calling so far for a dry weekend next weekend.. Hope to see You all there..stay well and keep building

Not making fun of the south.

Just thought that it mght be an area where it may be more appropriate to call it the "Hope it Don't Hurricane" show! Big Smile

See you there Tom! Might need to call it "Hope It Don't Rain" this year!

I'd hope that there was some photo's of the show as I notice that the shows on the above Fotki account stopped in 2016.
