Star Model's Resin Kits
Posted by SuperFord97 on Sunday, September 24, 2017 4:28 PM

I was just looking on the Web for some resin casters and came a cross resin realm ( Star Models) and was just wondering if any on has purchased any kits from here recently and how long the wait time is for the kits. I seen some very nice resins I want to get.

I forget how long the wait time was offhand, however I don't believe that it was noticably long.

Yes I've used them a few times, very proffesional in their approach, with very decent prices and I'm in the UK.

I have also purchased a couple of bodies from them.  If I remember crrectly the turn around was fairly quickly.  However you might want to get in touch with them to make sure the piece you want is readily available.  Quality is good, one of the bodies was almost to the level of a kit body, the other was a bit thick in places, but I don't think it will be that much of a hassle to clean up.

I build models because I can't afford the real thing!

Steve has probably 95% of the cars listed on hand. He usually ships out in just a day or two, but he will certainly let you know. He's straight arrow, a good guy to deal with.

Steve is a good guy to deal with, I have bought from him a couple times. Don't remember what form of payment I used, you will have to ask him.
