Stolen model in Tampa Bay area.
Posted by djaustinj on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 9:01 AM

I know there is a swap meet coming to Largo in a couple months and this car just might turn up there. It was stolen along with several other items from my truck this past Saturday night. It is a resin 1963 Dodge David Pearson nascar. It has a Blue roll cage so it should be easy to spot. It was in an AMT display case and the bumpers have been covered with Bare Metal foil. If you see this car, please call the Pinellas Park police department. Thanks. Frank

Do you happen to have a picture of it? That might help. Also, could you post the phone number for the Pinellas Park Police? That, in the immortal words of Forrest Gump, is "One less thing."

There's a contest coming up in early April in Venice FL (Wings Wheels & Keels) and there's always that possibility that your model might appear there...I'll be on the lookout.

I had only completed it less than a week before and did not even get a chance to get pictures. PPPd #  is 7275410758. Thanks for your concern and help. The fact that it was taken leads me to believe the burglary was done by someone who knows what they took.

I'm not much into NASCAR so help me out...is the car white with a red roof? Is 6 the number on the side? Give me some kind of description to go on.
