I've also changed to Fotki. 3 year contract for 3rd party hosting $120.

We have one complete model site here in the UK, Locate & Cement, totally taken down by Photobucket. Even after I have put new threads on there via Fotki, no access to the website at all!

How can these shysters do this?

If you are a Windows jockey, Fotki is a good choice.  If you use MAC equipment, Fotki is a real mess.  Postimg.org works great for me and it is still free.   I understand that Martin Shkreli bought Photobucket and made the changes.  If you know who he is, you will understand.

To Err is human, to blame it on someone else shows management potential.

Another Fotki user. All my PCs run Linux and I have no trouble with their site. SeaMonkey is my browser.

I hope that he didn't pay too much for it! Smile

Something tells me that if he did, he may not get much of a return on his investment.

I have not heard of a single individual yet that has said that they will use PB any longer.

My pictures all dissapeared today, and I didn't even get the e-mail! No worries, I'm on Imgur now.

My favorite color is clear.

I've been using Flickr for years. How is that for embedding images in the forums?

Like many, I had used PB because it was so easy to link pics to the forum. I had also sent a lot of people to PB over the years when asking for posting assistance on the forum, and I know many others did as well. But with all the ads lately I have been contemplating changing hosting sites, but all of my previously posted pics were on PB and I didn't want to destroy those links. PB has npw done me a favour and destroyed them for me.

Thanks photobucket, for making it easy to switch to another hosting site.

I switched over to them too. But there is a limited number of albums you can make. I kicked the bucket.
